Meher, you can try watching Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak on Colors. I am suggesting this show because you like Gaurav Sharma's (Yuvraj) acting. He's playing an important role in that show.

Like I know it’s supposed to be slow burn, but what’s with dreaming about her, going to her room. I don’t get that.

as per today's generation none marries easily on the spot nor trust any lover from outside unknown. Because girls are very smart , studying , financially independent working in different shifts giving takkar to men. Parents are encouraging girls equal to boys this i tell as per my experience I have one boy and one girl. When i was working the norms were different and priorities were way different. But slowly with my cousins era parents gave that freedom to girls to chose their career, choice of education, job and freedom to stay alone work in different cities no restrictions to boy girl being friends as gender equality is told from start. The outcome of this encouragement is more more more anywhere and the girl is chosing boy on her own conditions and not compromised at work or home. Compared to me , my cousins have better sasural as generation is changed. Will this change go back to my nanis style never it goes in progressive way and development is that only next. People ard more matured and have the opinion of marriage is a part of life and age is not a factor for it except comfortably suited for the girls choice. When something going on toss parents are not backing off plus supporting divorces as girl earns her livelihood first not dependent on anyone. This seems ultra modern style but we need to go with flow of change of society. If they can't adjust or compromise or get a healthy environment in sasural leaving is the best option for them. Not to be told that these are not told by parents in childhood.as everyone try to make life happy but when its not that there is another option too . If these tv serials are showing the village type stories no progression in their minds this is all repeat rinse of 30 yrs of serial stories. I would prefer any person to think many times to marry as her whole life will take a toss there. Showing crap in the name of dining table serving cooking by ladies jethani devrani competition where in outer world hubbys cook for stress relief, kids are told cooking style to make them understand importance of cooking for anyone and eat when hungry instead feeding someone. I agree Akshara had a fair idea of how Poddars function.. they were at her resort .. they saw how condescending they were towards her n Abhira .. it’s not like Akshara had no relatives left in this world just because MG had closed the door at her .. she could have given kairav’s number to Armaan and asked him to deposit Abhira safely to her Kairav n muskaan .. she also had a fair amount of first cousins .. she could have picked them up and given the numbers to Armaan .. rather than marrying an unwilling man to her daughter ..
It is looking like an unwise decision…
Considering the OG n the next gen …some BG check of the groom has been done there thoroughly..
