Minty, claiming that "everyone" says Rani and Vicky deserve the popular awards is a bit of a stretch. The ones insisting Vicky should've won are mainly the last few Katrina fans for obvious reasons, and the younger SRK fans who are furious, which is absurd considering Filmfare's well-known history with SRK.

By everyone she means people all over Reddit, Social media, and etc. And no ! A lot of Vicky fans don’t like Katrina.

Well the most unjust part was Vikrant in 12th not even being nominated in popular and having srk being nominated for two movies in the same category and as a compensation was just given critics lol. The rest is debatable.

Karan and his friends tried to relegate him to a supporting character role. And to think that is the only time Filmfare thought of giving an award to him. He was walking away with all the attention and so they wanted to let people know that he wasn’t the main lead but a mere supporting character.Sometimes getting an award is more humiliating than not getting any.

They did the same thing to Vicky this year. And SLB will do the same thing to Vicky as he once did to Shahid Kapoor.

Koi doubt mat rakhna, even though with his sheer talent he will still make sure to walk away with all the accolades. However, it will save him a lot of heart burn if he ditches the movie right now.

Can you stop trying to deny the very obvious public outrage against this. We have all seen it across so many different social media platforms, stop blaming Katrina or SRK fans. This is almost all across the board. The majority of people think this is a joke. I am not sure why you can't accept that. This is beyond bias or hate. It is actually unfair and people are calling it out.
