The story is progressing exactly the way we wanted it to (sans the Ruhi angle).

When I think of RuHaan connection, I can understand why they both fell for each other so quickly. Both were lonely, never got love and 2-3 good days spent with a person of your age who understands you and you end up thinking that person is your soulmate. The only problem with Armaan right now is that he got another person who helped him get out of that hole. Ruhi is still stuck coz her partner left without trying. On top of that Armaan feeding into her delusions has made her completely psycho.

Arman is slowly realising that there is something called emotional intimacy in life which comes over time. When you spend some time with someone. With Ruhi, it was more of an insta love scenario, where they know each other's likes and dislikes, but not how the person is from within. There is just surface level love there, but with Abhira he is starting to form a deep connection from heart.

That is why this dining table scene. That tortoise Abhira keeps giving him represents his own personality 😅 He is slow like a tortoise. With Ruhi he could never take a stand, but for Abhira he has started taking a stand for small small things now. He is establishing her footsteps in the house. From dining table to entire house, people will accept her.

It is a lovely slow burn. They need to execute it nicely.

Just that Armaan has dug a hole for himself. He can't call out Ruhi coz if she leaves again, he will have to get her back somehow. If he reveals their past, then entire blame of Rohit leaving will fall upon him. The biggest mistake he did was befriending Ruhi after Rohit left coz she took that in completely different tangent. I also foresee some harassment by Ruhi on Armaan. 🥶
