That too unconstitutionally: it was never voted on in parliament. She brought in a lot of other legal changes, all of which were repealed by the Morarji govt. Except those 2 - socialist & secular - as well as "Right to Property", which was there in the original version
A future govt needs to remove "socialist & secular" and restore the "Right to Property". The latter doesn't imply that everybody has the right to own something else, but rather, that they have a right to own their own property that they may have earned, bought or inherited
