alia deserves to win for student of the year, two states, Humpty, highway, udta Punjab, raazi, Kapoor and sons, gully , gangu bai etc. but alia is rocky ki rani was not best acting. the win dilutes her other powerful performances.......but not sure who should have won, this year was very weak for female roles, but if you're going by hit being the criteria, then deepika should have won for Pathaan but she wasn't even nominated for the role.....

All she had to do in rocky n rani was to wear pretty sarees trying to copy Rani mukerji's early career looks n damn she won...She is a good actor but the way she is promoted is as if she is some Sridevi or Rani in terms of acting skills..Their obsession to give Aloo best actress award every year even for a cameo in gully boy truly shows their biasedness n favouritism..
