Like I get what they’re going for very god fatheresque, Ranbir acted well enough but I feel it was a number of scenes put together rather than a cohesive 3 hour plus movie with a story.

No focus on father son, love story if you can even call it that had no chemistry as such - they seemed better off fighting and pata nahin, it wasn’t a good movie at all. What’s the story - papa didn’t pay attention because he was shoving money down your throat brat, and then you went murdering people

I have very similar pov ranbir, bobby despite such a short role and anil acted well but something was off with Rashmika maybe the accent came in the way? Also felt tripti’s chemistry with Ranbir was better lol

And yes despite the movie being so long the father som dynamic which was supposed to be the focal point of the movie wasn’t fleshed out at all imo lol

Maybe the director instead of deliberately trying to poke critics with ott misogynistic scenes and dialogues and unnecessary gore to look cool and edgy should have focused on streamlining the focal point of the movie lol

Some of the aesthetics of the scenes were really nice and diff like rgv in his prime

Also dont really think a sequel was needed but hey seeing its mega success guess most ppl do want a part 2 lol

I read the finale starts at 6 pm till midnight. 6 hours long finale
