There is an insane rise in young people getting heart attacks after covid. I know so many people who have suffered from it in their 20s and 30s which was unheard of at this alarming rate 10/20 years ago.

Everyone really needs to watch their diets, exercise, stay healthy and avoid all harmful activities for their bodies
