I'd like to see a scriptural basis for this claim. Paki newspapers don't cut it: as it is, they consider anything b4 the advent of Mohammed bin Qasim as jahaliya, or the era of pre-islamic ignorance

Wait, Ayodhya was Kaushal's Rajdhani, And there are different sources where I have read that Luv founded present day Lahore and why won't he rule there?
