Sadly akshara just used abhimanyu to be a father to abhir because the man she really considered to be both her kids father…abhinav was dead. And we saw this clearly when she was alone having a monologue with abhinavs photo after she found out she was pregnant with abhira.she clearly said that abhir was more abhinavs than hers and the new baby is a part of all 3 of them.so that’s what was in her heart and what she truly wanted..abhir, abhira, abhinav and herself as a family. She didn’t love abhimanyu nor want him after she married abhinav . And in that scene when she was speaking to, abhinavs photo…she then imagined abhimanyu coming and saying ..what about him..she will forget all about him again.. So that’s the sad pathetic life of abhimanyu..he wanted akshara his whole life but to her he was just a compromise because the man she truly loved was dead. And now she and abhinav are together again..as she died as abhinavs widow.. maybe abhimanyu is with some other family member 😂

Haw so sad to know about akshara really loves her husband needs to be said explicitly in dialogues ,whom she loves,but in real her expression,her body language her activities used to be different altogether,what a sham till now a character to be relevant last moment dialogue is needed,a love to be not love needed 6 years plus to be moved on and a push from grand mom to give his right ,but didnt take even 2 months time to move on from the so called real love ,so its better to not be In real love

Abhir is from abhimanyu and akshara as abhira is named from abhir ,abhi was called by fl to her love ,

So sad didnt give name Akshnav for love child ,had to give ex name as to confuse viewers didnt have any confidence on that name

I forgot to say one true fact that the only people who were working in Birla Hospital or due to Nepotism in Gen3 but were actually not deserving and got in due to family, source etc etc were

Akshara maybe deserves the job but definitely got the department coz of Abhimanyu.

Neil got the job coz Harshwardhan was fed up usko free ka khila ke. Even after the revelation of his parentage he was in the department coz ghar ka bacha not coz he was deserving or have proper degree for the same.

Kairav - He got the business coz obviously family business otherwise he was more interested in painting.

It was family business so it worked otherwise no one gives work easily to a accused of murder who ran away from custody before he was proved innocent

Like how Abhimanyu followed the whole procedure and got proved innocent legal justice. Baijjat

It is ironic how definition of nepotism is tweaked as per convenience to fit Abhimanyu into the same catgeory when he was a capable doctor whereas Akshara Sharma mata got a free pass for her paternity fraud-criminal behaviour-because of legacy khoon . Hypocrisy at its heights.
