Manthra herself accepted the fact that no one will accept Bharat as their king if they will exile Ram for lifetime, and she also said that Dasrath won't agree for even 14 years but Ram will, and Lakshman was ready to go on a war against Dasrath and kaikayie, he even wanted to kill Bharat but Ram stopped him and Manthra knew this that Lakshman won't listen to Ram if they asks for a lifetime of exile, she knew that for 14 years Lakshman and Sita will go with Ram, Kaushalya and sumitra will be in grief so they won't create problems, the only thing she couldn't predict was Dasrath's death which changed the game for her cause I am sure if Dasrath was alive, Bharat wouldn't have gotten the chance to go to forest, Dasrath won't allow that, he kind of started disliking Bharat as soon as kaikayie asked him the boon and even though Bharat wouldn't have accepted the crown but they were going to make sure he could not reach Ram which means Lakshman would still be hating him, Kaushalya and Sumitra won't be on his side, Dasrath already hates him so they would have cornered him into either die or do what they want

Am i the only one who felt that today's episode was heavily melodramatizised? Felt like i was watching a romance show instead of Ramayan

The only scene which felt was the scene with Raja Janak and his daughters and the rangoli scene

aapki complain logo ki complain se bahut alag hai

This production do romanticize things more though, but ramayan kitni baar dekh padh li hai ki ab this version also seems fresh

And I really loved the brother's scenes very much

And Ram Siya ke scenes I always love

I agree , this version of Rmayan seems fresh , but some lines felt too OTT in today's episode

They should try to do such scenes in another Swastik show which is on air in SABTV

And I really loved the brother's scenes very much

And Ram Siya ke scenes I always love

Yep that last scene was really nice
