Also you are right he spiked Pashmina's coffee and tried to choke her (Raghav is a witness of choking thing), so he can be jailed for this

About the spiking and choking thing, I guess Pashmina can put a complain using testimony of Raghav.

But either case, jail would be a very small punishment for Avinash, I am happy he got the bigger punishment when his daughter disowned him

Waise legally unki poori property Ayesha and Avinash dono k naam thi, so ghar bhi dono ka hoga, so Pashmina and Preeti are actually staying in Ayesha's home

so why would you mentioned Avinash only ? Secondly kaul family have no proof against sunil . Yes pashminna can put a complain using raghav testimony but she didn't. May be u r happy that Avinash's daughter disowned him but he won't affected because makers showed us Avinash used Ayesha to get kaul cottage he doesn't lover her .

@@bold I mentioned Avinash only because SlatePencil said why will Avinash be punished, never said others shouldn't be punished

I am not sure but I think his expressions were down when Ayesha asked him to leave, also he has now bought Kaul Kutir from Durrani, I think that is because Avinash was sad at whatever happened..

He might have used Ayesha but that doesn't mean he never loved her, he loved her in his own crooked sense

It's same like Mandira, while she raised and used Karan to get back at Tulasi and Viranis, she did love him a lot in her own way. I think emotions are not always very unidirectional
