That's the thing Ranbir has never been big on multistarrers so him doing an out n out 2 hero film with someone like Vicky who is nowhere close to Ranbir's popularity n stature, a film where heroine has the strongest role on paper and they have someone as insecure as Alia, all this at the peak of his career when he has finally managed to amasse launde lapade wali fan following.

I really don't understand what made him say yes to SLB maybe it's the fact that Raj Kapoor's character in Sangam was hella toxic and super misogynistic by today's standards

Clean hits? first let him deliver a super hit or blockbuster. His last super hit was Uri. Most of his films don't even get theatrical release lol. He is an OTT star/actor max
