The makers are confused. They are first trying this fancy dress costume on everyone and then will decide. Agasthya is done with his turn . Now it’s Vishwa.
Waise Sai and 🍉 spent simple evenings with his family yesterday because he had an early pack up. I love when they spend time with his family (the feels). He smiles differently with them. Like sukoon wali hasi.
This man is such a cutie mad fellow yaar. I really thought he would use this time and catch up on his sleep but his priorities are clearly different.
Today’s episode was good. Finally Sonali, Karan and Bulbul are out of that factory. That factory must be outside of space and time with how these 3 haven’t slept or eaten in all these days. Forget hygiene since they’ve been in the same clothes since Makar Sankrati. I feel like they’re testing the waters to set up Amar with Sonali. Better than him being a third angle with Imlie. I would’ve kind of wished for Sonali to not be tied to another man though. Plus Amrit’s actor has good villain chemistry with Asma, Sai and Adrija.
Agastya closing the door on Imlie reminded me of a scene in their contract era when Imlie took Sonali’s side. Although now the circumstance are different between them and they love eachother obvi, but there’s a parallel moment here. In both situation, Agastya is upset with Imlie for taking the side of a woman he’s related to, a woman he thinks is wrong. One was his sister who he thought was corrupt in her ways of handling the business and the other is his mother, who he was brought up to believe killed his father because of greed. The same way he always cared for Sonali, a part of him cares for Meera naturally, which is why he checked on her and Imlie at night. All the pain he endured through out his childhood has made it impossible for him to see her in a good light.
I fully agree with Ren that Meera needs to read the room. Imlie put herself in an awkward place with the entire family by taking Meera’s side. The least Meera could do is respect the wishes of the people in that household until she’s proven to be innocent. Walking around the house freely, joining conversation or family moments and making sweets for Agastya isn’t gonna help her. If anything, it’ll lead to more opportunities where they’ll talk to her harshly. Because from their perspective, she’s a reminder of a horrible time in their life.
Imlie kidnapping her Babu after he denied her call was the kind of ITV pettiness that I lowkey love. Obviously IRL, it’s totally reckless to drive like that but within the show’s context it was hilarious seeing August Babu be this stressed and panicky. He did say during the episode where Imlie was snooping around the outhouse that she was gonna drive him crazy. She does not intend to prove him wrong there. We got a little cute moment when he rushed to the driver seat to help her stop the car. These two have such natural chemistry, they didn’t even do anything but look at eachother and I felt shy at their proximity.
AgasWa obviously missed eachother as they started fighting like kids again with their tu tu mein mein 🙄
Imlie made valid points about how they both were just children who believed what was told to them by those they loved and that they should search for the truth themselves now. Sonali is closer to finding the truth than Vishwa “The Cop”.
Also it was satisfying to see Imlie finally slap Vishwa, she does not kid around when it comes to her Babu. We all kind of wish she would’ve done it because of all the manhandling, but apparently the characters didn’t find it as creepy as we the audience did. Even in today’s episode, the way he grabbed her arm made me uncomfy.
I guess we’ll get the same Satyawan and Savitri precap till the weekend, hopefully they use it as a promo for the TRP audience. My aunt has cable and these kind of promos during commercials is what gets her to watch new stuff. The TRPs this week should be good though 🤞🏼
A nice episode. Is it me or there is hardly anything happening in the episodes these days. The episodes are of shorter length - only 21 mins each. Wonder why suddenly we are getting shorter episodes. I hope the trps don't drop off next week.
The episode was nice in a way and I am glad how Agastya and Imlie fight but never let go of each other.
- Agastya says to Imlie to go out and closes the door. I really hope this is the last time Agastya kind of closes the door like this. I don't want Agastya to send Imlie out of his bedroom. Somehow kind of feels like it is their space. Either one going out does not feel correct
- Imlie feels Agastya from the outside and feels sad for him. Agastya was also equally sad here. After everyone is sleeping, Agastya chori chupe comes to see Meera and Imlie. Kya baat hain - aaj kal he can't get peace without watching Imlie.
- I loved the way the whole family was worried for Gattu who went out to car to sleep off.
- I like the way creatives always gets Imlie ke friends to help her in all of her quests. The same 4 friends coming on cycle and helping Imlie out - It is so good to see. Imlie blasting Agastya saying Graham Bell ka aatma is going to be feeling bad that he invented telephone. Arey waah Imlie you know this much. Impressive.
- Vishwa comes in to sprout his nonsense and I am glad that Imlie slapped him when he wished for Agastya dying. Idiot kahin ka. Still he does not know what Agastya means to Imlie.
- Here Sonali breaks her bonds free and overpowers Amar. And tells him that the masked killer who burnt down the family is the one who is behind their family and everyone comes to the police station to find out the truth. Chalo I think Sonali will find out some truth in the police station and comes home and that is how Meera will be allowed to stay there.
- The best part of the episode was undoubtedly Imlie taking Agastya to the task. How dare he - He saw Imlie calling him and simply switches the phone off. Imlie takes Agastya on a wild ride. It was really careless but I really hope Imlie knows a bit of driving and that is why she took the car out. But I am glad that Agastya agreed to give Meera a chance to prove her innocence.
- Meera should not try to intrude into the family things. The family is obviously not liking her being there so why do all these things. I really hope it won't go bad tomorrow.
But chalo the most important thing is Imlie told both Agastya and Vishwa that the masked killer was the one who killed their fathers. Both of course did not believe that but I am glad that Imlie told Vishwa that he is now grown up so he should find the truth himself. I think Sonali will get some proof and then we will have the past being put together.
After seeing longer episodes last whole week, I am not sure how the trp audience will take shorter length episodes but hey if it allows the cast to go home at a decent time then I am all for it. Maybe they can show longer episodes on some days and shorter on others to balance out the trps and don't lag behind as TRPs are really important.
Ren - We were discussing right when Imlie and Agastya had that you hurt me fight. It was when Imlie tells the family about Karan and Bulbul and Bulbul denies it and everyone gets to know that Bulbul is pregnant. The whole family blames Imlie that she is trying to push someone else's child on Karan's name and Imlie steadyfast says that she has seen Karan and Bulbul talk in the angan in the night. That is when Agastya in the night tells Imlie - I want to know what is the truth and tell me as I am listening. And Imlie tumne hamara barosa hi kab kiya. That intensity was something different. I will update the post later with the exact date and number.

I absolutely loved Imlie kidnapping her babu. He is hers to fight, to be angry at, to make up and to be loved. There ain't no way she is allowing her babu to sulk away in the corner and there is no way she is allowing him to ignore her calls. Superb. She took him out on a ride and loved the whole car conversation. Agastya rightly said - Imlie is his personal paheli and his chalti phirti problem. Imlie irritating him even more saying - Oh you just need to press it, You just need to turn the wheel. Agastya was half gone in craziness when madam was driving. And I really loved the way Imlie informed Dadiyaa that she did find her babu. Imlie and Agastya are not married but the way they show haq on each other - Dare anyone say they are not married. I am low key waiting to see when Agastya will impromptu fill Imlie's maang and says - We are married bas and I don't want to be away from Imlie.
This week's trps are definitely going to go up as we had all 24 mins ka episodes and we had beautiful sequences of Agastya - Imlie on cycle and then Ae Mere Humsafar sequence. this week we have been getting very short episodes and I am low key hoping next week the trps don't drop off due to the short episodes.
