They are in friend zone now( that's what they say), abhira is puzzled about armaan's extra & unnecessary concern for ruhi. Toh, I believe, when the truth is revealed, she would be shattered, as he is hiding such a big secret from her, but still she will stand by armaan, as I guess, by that time she will get to know the treatment angad gets in poddar house. May be someone close to Goekas are involved, like a previous employee or a servant. Abhir always called Manish as Buddy, be at home or in public. So someone who has interacted with the two at some point would know.

Or else, manish message kar raha tha fake abhir ko before he attended his call, messages mein kahi buddy mention kiya hoga & the scammer took chance & was successful in fooling him.

Surgery ki baat pata tha but uske dad heart surgeon the yeh pata nahi tha shayad, toh i guess koi random scammer hi hoga. But then again the same doubt, usko hoodie mein chupake kyun rakha hain🤷‍♀️
