I am aware, the North Indian audience is part of who treat actresses from the South worse (and they already treat actresses bad).

Agreed, I don't know how South Indian actresses are treated in the South but there's always been a bias and a lot of stereotypes against them in the North. Dating back to Rekha and Sridevi and I'm sure even before them.
