I feel 4/5 th of the show is over. We might have 5 to 6 episodes left probably.

It is indeed a beautifully narrated story itself - told ya, the OST sold me the drama. I was pretty sure that I wanted to steer clear of any of Badar's drama. But the lyrics and the picturization of the OST was so captivating, I couldn't resist.

I am not going to talk about lyrics (I love Kunal Verma's lyrics!). I have slightly different interpretation about the three scenes that are shown. As I described in one of my previous posts, the first sequence, definitely is their back story - his adoration and her not acknowledging his feeling even after knowing that (her picking up his flowers says she knew it). There is an old charm to this sequence - their past, it gives the vibe of the spring (or is it summer) - the season of hope (in his perspective), and the clock ticking sort of indicates the narrative moves within time periods.

Second sequence is the current track - their present. Despite everything they come together. They are happy, enjoying each others company. The cold vibe in the environment is apparent.

Third one, I suppose is the future - and I dare to predict it. But the last one is the most significant one - neither he is happy nor she is. He has her back to her, while she stands looking out of a window, looking at a direction where he is not, then turns to look at him. There is a fiery glow in the surrounding - the fall, the season to embrace the change, the impermeance of life - to let go of things that are holding us back, he throws away the dried twig he was holding. Something is going to burn their happy times, a potential separation. The scene before this, however can also have a different interpretation - they lay together, but antiparallel to each other, she has her hand on her stomach as she is holding a baby bump - fall is also the season of harvesting, symbolic of prosperity - you can take the end you want, I guess smiley1

Also they have taken popular actors who take huge paycheck, have rented huge bungalows and expensive cars for the shoot which means good amount of money has been invested but the direction and editing department pulls everything downsmiley21

what they needed to spend time and money on is the content writing team. This doesn’t even look like zanjabeel’s writing. Other than “Tum jaantay nahi ho main kitni PAGAL hoon!” no lines have stuck 😂 😒 The scenes are written with such mediocre investment. The situations are 🤯 but then the lines are 👎🏼

Direction editing is kindddd of expected for me after MPHT - I didn’t have a lot of hopes there anyway. But for a story about egos - the character arcs had to be so powerfully written with great lines and scenes and us really getting inside the psyche of these rich characters. I feel Zanjabeel has barely scratched the surface of the potential here. That’s the worst crime for me personally

Lyrics are out of this world. ❤️ Badar has shot this too na, brilliantly done! 👌

Yes, there seems to be a baby bump- discovered it only last week when it was pointed out 🤭...

Just waiting to see him burn - Wahaj is such a treat to watch! ❤️

Any idea what he's going to say to her mohabbat pe haq? 😉
