What caused the shift?

Armaan has started blatantly staring at Abhira with a besotted look since the last few episodes. Starting with the sankranti ep. Throughout the dance performance in the college he was entirely focused on Abhira's reactions alone and his every action was to get a reaction out of her. All he has talked about since coming home is Abhira Abhira Abhira...(Ruhi babe open your eyes!) like he is definitely on his way to falling in love lmaoo

But what shifted? They were getting closer emotionally but the only thing that I can think of, is the scene before he gave his frist besotted look on sankranti. When Abhira claimed him as her husband to Ruhi. He was definetely shocked seeing her claiming rights. Is this it? Watching her claim her rights on him subconsciosly made him let go completely? Am I missing something else?

I think the stare started from the morning Pooja, where she was totally into the Bahu avatar before running away... He was impressed by her pleasing the family..

But, I feel her running away made the change! Or her super plan to trap dadisa into further study impressed him..

I think it’s the one month leap that’s caused the change in dynamics- he knows Abhira much better now. Armaan always knew what’s the right thing to do, but is unable to do a lot because of his people pleaser nature. Abhira of course couldn’t care less, and here also it’s her who is fighting while Armaan is behind her instead of him actively fighting. It will take some time for Armaan to come to front- he is still hesitant and thinks a lot before doing. Also in terms of Armaan- Ruhi: he had backed out before Rohit disappeared. He had already told her that they are on separate paths and he was simply doing stuff for out of guilt and familial duty. He genuinely wants Ruhi to be happy but he is NOT in love with her anymore. Instead he is attracted towards Abhira now especially because she is so bubbly and chaotic. The way they showed Abhira and Armaan fighting while he trying to sleep and then the one month leap is cinematically gorgeous- they kinda portrayed that Armaan and Abhira spent the month in similar shenanigans. They both are more comfortable around each other now and have spent majority of time together as spoken by Manisha chachi!

I think makers are just rushing
