Exactly. He was always a Birla, after the final custody hearing, the name change fraud was called out by the Judge herself and since then, he was officially a Birla . He has his own family name, no need for an imaginary surname that Mrs Sharma made up.

This is news to me that a child's surname changes according to mother's marriage with a new partner, disregarding biological parent and his consent.. If there is a new law please let me know.

It literally makes no sense in discussing whose son abhir is. It is a futile discussion. You quoted my post which was about a speculation on why abhir's surname is sharma, so I said it could be because abhimanyu gave the custody papers to Akshara sharma and since Akshara & Abhimanyu couldn't remarry again as he died, it is possible that Abhir's surname remained sharma.

I was not speculating on if abhir is abhinav's son or abhimanyu 's. Both are his father's, atleast that is the storyline. Abhir considers both of them his father's, one his papa & the other docman/dadda. But Biologically, only abhimanyu is his father & there is no doubt regarding that.

I just read new post about how abhimanyu was holding legal custody of his son abhir till he/they died and his name was as abhir birla in the dead candidate's list.

If his surname changes suddenly even though he was presumed dead as a Birla that further proves more false narration from writers . It is not like they haven't done this before. Old habits die hard

When he was shown dead, he was a Birla. Akshara had that list, even in gen4 old AK is also shown looking at the list. It is Birla.
