Birla tha. AK had got sunaofied in court for changing kiddos surname in birth certificate.

From that onwards it is Abhir Birla only.

For me he is Abhir Sharma because I loved NavBhir bond n Abhir himself loved Abhinav as his Papa Only after his death he wanted his biological dad

Hi :) yes same way as Abhira is abhinav's biological child. Neither Abhinav has raised abhira, nor Abhimanyu has raised abhir, but that doesn't change the biological parents.

It literally makes no sense in discussing whose son abhir is. It is a futile discussion. You quoted my post which was about a speculation on why abhir's surname is sharma, so I said it could be because abhimanyu gave the custody papers to Akshara sharma and since Akshara & Abhimanyu couldn't remarry again as he died, it is possible that Abhir's surname remained sharma.

I was not speculating on if abhir is abhinav's son or abhimanyu 's. Both are his father's, atleast that is the storyline. Abhir considers both of them his father's, one his papa & the other docman/dadda. But Biologically, only abhimanyu is his father & there is no doubt regarding that.

No abhir' s surname got changed from the time abhimanyu won the custody. Even his birth certificate has changed. Abhinav died before abhimanyu transferred the custody. In the list of dead people he is referred as Abhir Birla along with his father Dr. Abhimanyu Birla. It is highlighted.
