Many of his BP fans including those titanic and ocean liners ones disliked HC agreeing to be part of S3. It took no time for the dislike to convert into hate thanks to many reasons.

I think it's got more to do with characterization of the role HC was playing. A lot us found him to be a red flag (the character, not the actor).

Goenka abhira connection revelation mein abhi bahut waqt hain, is my guess. Abhira will have an emotional breakdown when akshara's past is revealed & she will need someone from past who knew akshara to stand strong by her side.

I have no hopes from goenkas & poddars,(armaan included. he will support her but I doubt he can fully manage abhira, as goenka ladies especially ruhi can easily guilt trip him & poddars can insult akshara more, & abhira will be defenseless.) Ideally makers will have to build a very strong plot before the revelation as it is the highlight if this season.

I think they don't know that Akshara was a single mother to baby sharma and abhir died when she was pregnant
