And going by the precap looks as if Bhooni was never married to someone else.

And Prem swapped the child and registered with a diff a\name.

Or it could be a completely diff family and Kabir is misguided.

One thing i don't get is , who left Kabir in the orphanage but still gave him the Oberoi surname? And who told him that Bhumi is his mom?
