Yes I am in same page as you. I think Ruhi will support Abhira in studies as she thinks Armaan will let Abhira go only after she has finished and capable to live life independantly.

As per promo dialogue she is not likely going to support. It will be Armaan's call whether he wil support Abhira in front of dadisa or not. Ruhi will start manipulating charu against Abhira after this for sure.
