We unfortunately are stuck wirh this show so we HAVE to see it until it ends

Lockdown me I saw some 80s show and felt the women portrayal was so better then

Idhar Udhar (84-85) had two working women staying in a PG and their struggles(along with a guy who became their friend)

Ye Jo hai Zindagi hai had a working couple where wife's had a life outside her marriage and woman's brother stayed with them(now post marriage girl's nearly forget their parental family)

Gul Gulshan Gulfam had women of Kashmir between insurgency

All these stories had personal struggle of women not just random mahaanta or progressive dialogues..

Our media has got it wrong they now have confused modernity/progressiveness with clothes
