He was questioning Ayeshas authencity regarding the whole matter. Everyone watching noticed the shift in equation. How do you go from "I don't want anything to do with him outside" to spending so much time together, to complimenting each others clothes, even picking clothes for that matter.

I dislike Mannara, to the point where I cringe at everything she says cos 1 it makes no sense ever and 2 she's super dumb. But there's no denying that Ayesha feels the same insecurity when Mannara and Munawar are talking, she constantly passes remarks at Mannara and forcefully inserts herself into their issues.

She has watched the show and she knows what's going on so why not be part of the most talked about relations in the house and gain her 10 mins of fame? I don't know how truthful she is about her condition but she's enjoying the drama around her that's for sure 🤷
