Karishma's movie, Shakti: The Power, was originally meant to be Sridevi's comeback. The film was produced by her production company and her brother-in-law, Sanjay Kapoor, played the male lead. She got pregnant with Khushi and had to drop out which is how Karishma got the role instead. It's considered one of Karishma's best roles and she got a Filmfare nomination for it but the film was a financial flop.

Had Sridevi done the movie, do you guys think it would have fared better at the box office? And had this been her comeback, would she have continued to do more movies or taken another leave of absence for a decade until English Vinglish?

If Sridevi had done it, it's funny that both of her movies with SRK would have featured him in a cameo appearance.

Karishma was so good in this film and Ishq Kamina was so much fun.
