Poddars are definitely better than Chavannis for now. Chavannis were criminals. And unnecessarily vile. They used to wake up everyday thinking how to torture Sai more. Not to forget the daily drama about household chores and keeping tab on the food. Poddars toh don't even bother Abhira as long as she don't interfere in their family matters. She's not forced to do household chores and behave like bahu 24×7.
