Anupama is me. I am very bad with faces(and names), but I know I would remember the face I haad in my for 2(?) Years. Also, you can't blame Anupama, the kid looks totally different, not aged😪ya'all don't think she is paarvati or the Ekta show leads who have Dil ka rishta with their kid and can recognise/feel a connection with the kid(edit: saw the promo, she did feel it).

1. Love for Choti and Anuj is completely forced.
