Basically it's a joke, not an allegation.

Dunki is not a debacle like Zero and JHMS..even Hirani’s worst movie is far better than many movies that released this year (atleast it is something refreshingly differenf from the OTT action movies, jinhone naak main dam karke rakha hai) and it’s not performing too badly..it has only underperformed as compared to Jawaan and Pathaan…for its genre ..not bad at all I say.
