I know it was a Maga hit 

But ya don’t need a holiday. Ranbirs movie came and did very well  without any holiday and there have been alot of others. Just nice trailer and some marketing. I think that producer who makes the videos. Turkey neck guy . He said with marketing you can turn any random Friday into a holiday.
