Lets keep in mind this, KMTMG before launch or during launch was NEVER promoted as married life story of Amruta nor as arranged marriage story of lead pair. Early marriage won't work in KMTMG without properly establishing characters & families with viewers along with engaging plots, that too with unbearable Ahuja's.

For KKB right from begining PH, channel, cast & crew were very clear right in 2014 also promoted in media as arranged marriage story brought in by destiny of two main leads Abhi & with contrast backdrop, outlook & lifestyles how their love happens post marriage amongst difficult situations.. (though Ek also termed Arora sisters loosely based on sense & sensibility initially).

So KKB audience were waiting to watch married life of Pragya with RS Abhi & KKB kicked off high from wedding track (as audience know well Pragya won't have love marriage with Suresh from the begining).

Exactly, the promos showed their differences about love and all, so a wedding is just impossible. Title hai kaise mujhe tum mil gaye, for me, it's the way both will come to know each other, understand one another, and dheeere dheere fall in love. The process should be slow but fast-forwarded a bit for the details around their story. No much dragging and well written for us to stick to it until we get the "love story".

If you ask me, at that moment I felt he was touched, but then after a few other eps it didn't make sense. A guy like Arjit, in acting needs the help of the director, he is not the only male actor who is like that, but again story and direction are important to push such an actor to give his 100%. For me that scene was fine - not because it was, but because i expected worse. was expecting a long forced eyelock etc. and there were a few of them in the first week. Couldn't read his emotions though.

Arjit - tbh i was hoping he isnt the ML in the show, when it was announced. Like him but he doesnt have the same skillsets as Sriti does. There is a huge difference in what they can bring to a scene. Week 1, he was disappointing for me. But found him to be fine from week 2. Nothing great, but more importantly nothing bad as such. Yeah... some have raised concerns about romantic scenes, but for me the big ones are the emotional ones - say something like the scenes of Amruta the past week - be it with Rajeev, Bhavani, Dad and Ishika, or those subtle but visible elements that Sriti brought in the court scene. May be he will be fine in the romantic ones.. but doing well on these scenes is a tough ask. Do want him to grow as an actor and wish he does.

Too early to look into the future - which for now doesnt look good. For now two possibilities come up - one after she leaves after 30 days and second something that Rajiv does. But for me... better if Amruta doesnt end up with the Ahujas - the whole family needs a redemption track which is not likely.

Yes, Sriti Di sabse upar hai, comedy timing, emotional scenes and all, he cannot match her at all.

But yeah, he will grow with a good story. Like that scene when his Mother collapsed, we needed intensity there but didn't. I won't say that he is a man that's why, because men can pull emotional scenes quite well. Hope he will improve with this show.

His scenes with Amruta are coming out well so far though - be it the banters or the semi-romantic / 'is it romantic or not' ones. Sure, Amruta's / Sriti's dominance in those scenes are also visible, but so is their comfort with eo. Only complaint is it will be good if there aren't any forced scenes. They will bring forced ones, but hope they know she is working for him and keep it to near minimum - the ones in the garden the other day were unnecessary In this sense.
