Nora, as far as I know, RCE cannot intervene...they've sold the distribution rights to PME (Pen Marudhar Entertainment) which is responsible for the screenings.

YRF is distributing Dunki in overseas, they should have let YRF distribute in India too

I am a NRI and I couldn’t connect with the movie. The theme of the movie is such that I don’t think most NRIs will connect with it either, just my 2 cents. That’s why i said in my review that I couldn’t understand who the target audience is for this movie.

Movies like swades is what NRIs connect a lot with.

That's BJP-lead Homdale Films and AA Films (= Anil Thadani) tactics...and they have mighty supporters... I knew they would do this when they opted for the clash (without any need).
