I happen to watch the episode and that promo by chance and oh gosh! This show & especially Murad boils my blood. Yes. He definitely deserved the slap. I don't understand why they have to insert slap scenes. Is this 7th sky's patent or what. Anyway, I don't think I have even seen a spineless, liar & a coward person like Murad. He lies in every next sentence. He was the one who chased Mannat. Was acting all devdas but when it comes to being their for her, he never is. Also he is damn regressive. He saw her at office & fell for her but he expects her to not work after marriage. On top of that, the way he was saying 'Madam to ready hogayi jaane office' or something to his friend was urrghh! Also suddenly, he thinks gifting honeymoon tickets is a charity but where was this pride when his family was demanding huge dowry like shameless people. I don't know why Mannat would be with such a man. Obviously from the title of this show it's clear that it's going to be a happy ending. But how I wish it not to be a happy ending & Mannat to go for a good, honest & classier man

Murad is a huge red flag even without the slap n now he has crossed limits ... But damn men like him exist in abundance in reality

Yup story is regressive but unfortunately, have seen such cases. It's actually close to reality.

I can't believe everyone in the show except her bade bhaiyya was actually reprimanding Mannat bcz she slapped back. Her bhabhi as well. How is slapping back included in bad upbringing? Why should mannat take an abuse. Also, Murad is just yuck! Even after slapping he doesn't seem to have guilt. He is doing all this man woman thing. He saw how modern & progressive Mannat was when she saw her before marriage. He was stalking her and behaving like an Ashiq. Now, he expects her to just take insults dished by his family? Whereas he is a coward who lies at every turn. He couldn't take a stand for himself, to marry a woman of his choice. I know this show is going to have a happy ending. But I wish she take divorce & marry Ali Rehman.
