This is how narratives are made, by taking a scene out of context and making it look like something else. Akshara was worried about Abhir and Abhinav knew that. He was trying to find out what and she almost said Abhir but stopped abruptly. Iss show mein eklauta insaan nahi tha whose name started with Ab.

Akshara really did remember Abhimanyu in the start of Kasauli leap. And she was terrified. She did not even like Neelama calling Abhinav as Abhi because she did not want her husband or son to be anything like Abhimanyu Birla.
