Azekah looked very pretty in today's episode.I loved the mean look she gave on the side as Jafar was describing Mubashira 's pain.

Yeah Zaid was like Mubashira’s cool with it. Does he really believe that? Maybe he believes that she only cares to be married for the sake of her reputation which is true but still this is humiliating for her!

I still can’t side with Asif for favouring Kashmala. He has done some terrible things to Zaid and messed with his personal life. I’m glad Zaid said that he mattered too. We need more of his point of view. It’s hard to empathize without knowing exactly what he is thinking. Sometimes you can even empathize with bad behaviour if you hear their perspective. I’m hoping they get more into that later.

He was looking so mad at her grinning through the invitation. Subconsciously he's looking for an answer - a straightforward one, which he's not getting. And why should he believe she fell for him all of a sudden after this streak of bad behaviour from him. He thinks she's just trying to save the marriage and that's why more sympathy with Ayra, though he tries to balance with Mubashira. 'All good'?' was very sweet even if it was not romantic. It sounded very caring.

Asif is a pure businessman, a little crooked one too. Ya, but he's a great dad to his daughter.

Monologues from the characters actually would be great.

Three scenes between the leads was really good.

Zaid asking 'all good' and MJ lighting up ...which he didn't register actually. He was there for business.

Anything for you: I loved how stumped Zaid looked there....😄and the song plays...not sure if there was a taunt in MJ's attitude there, but Zaid went into another world, for sure...and MJ went to vent.

Third was him watching her reactions on the card...it's like he's not able to understand her and he actually seemed angry she was acting so cool about it. Probably that's why he didn't feel so much when Jafar talked about her being hurt.

Zaid thinks she's adjusting so that he does not divorce her. He does not feel guilty because he does not understand there might be feelings. He was willing to put her through divorce and a threat ...he had shown his displeasure throughout...just that he looks confused regarding her feelings...he has feelings for her, but he's not allowing it to surface. In his mind he has to be loyal to Ayra plus he has no clue if MJ has feelings or is just playing the part of a wife. I think for sometime he will refuse to believe she has any feelings for him ...if she did, would she not kick up a fuss is what he must be thinking.

I think he has feelings for her and they may be stronger than anything MJ feels for him. One can argue that MJ is putting on an act but Zaid’s reactions are genuine. Staying loyal to Ayra has become his priority, he wants to be her saviour that heals everything that is broken in her life. He hasn’t seen the vulnerable side of MJ yet. He’s seen her arrogance, her anger and now her cooperative, adjusting side. Zaid too has vulnerable side that we haven’t seen yet. We just saw glimpse that something is there when he said that he too exists. I hope we get to see it.

Mub is staying in this relationship to dodge society’s judgmental gaze, but he’s precisely hurting her where it cuts the deepest. Is this deliberate? Does he even know what he’s doing 🤷🏻‍♀️is just he blindly giving into Ayra’s demands to make this relationship work? Is Ayra playing him? Daniel sucks at doing romance, how I wish it were somebody else playing Ayra. I know cringe is being used loosely these days but that’s exactly how I felt in all their touchy-feely scenes!!

He is willing to give a relationship his all- because he's committed and will stay loyal. When MJ meets Zaid at her father's house and thanks him for being supportive and his attitude towards her....in fact all their interactions till the marriage - there's something intriguing about their past. Zaid has made it look very formal when it should be a very easy going conversation between two people who know each other quite well... suddenly there was a wall between them which MJ least expected. Anyway she didn't care much for it and let it go as his nature. Question is, why did he suddenly turn so formal when he was quite friendly on the night of the party before the D was announced. What disturbed him? Did he just not want to be dragged into her problems? That's exactly the message he conveyed to her.

Lol..I thought I was the only one in this Mein fraternity to think that there is some history between Z- Mub, particularly on his part,I sense some unresolved feelings that weren't reciprocated.

And on the night after their Walima ,she tells him "No one can ignore me for a long time...especially YOU" -- this has to mean something.. right?

He's upset by her sudden change in behavior, which contradicts her usual nature. And to realize that she's doing this for him is actually frustrating him because I guess its triggering his past emotions, a space he probably doesn't want to revisit at all.

I loved the last scene of today's, Mub seemed so vulnerable in that particular scene--There was no anger/frustration but some kinda uneasiness !

When Ary can allot double episodes/week to every drama, Y not for Mein?

I exist too- 😄 I liked how he was asserting himself. He has made it clear Kash cannot be used to bully him. Why should he think about her when no one has wronged her and in fact, the marriage went much better than anyone ever expected in either of the families. Kash got very lucky that way. She took gamble in love and it seems to have paid off. She took a stance she won't take any nonsense from anyone including her husband and maintained her self respect - way to go. She chose her husband despite her brother expressing his misgivings - she chose to go with love and live with whatever came out of it. Yeah, so in a sense, no one needs to really worry about her except that she's expecting and Zaid is going overboard with the invitation. May be he thought he wants both families to feel comfortable, he doesn't get it that it angers everyone even more. In Zaid's head it's like- the major part is done, now let's all learn to live with it.

Felt that from their first encounter.

Mubashira looked like she didn't expect him there, but she was so glad he had come. Was there some coldness she had sensed since she got married. Still, she's so close with him and says he matches her sensibility the most- like two best friends who grew up together. Zaid's feelings turned romantic, Mubashira would not have dreamed of anything other than friendship and even a kinship - she mentioned Zaid acted more like a protective brother while Rayan did nothing. So Zaid is very important to her, but Mubashira is not the expressive type- she doesn't bare her feelings like that. She thinks that iron lady image is what people admire in her and she keeps to it...it protects her. This is the first time she's showing her vulnerability and that too only to Zaid. Still there's a formal touch to it because Mubashira is used to that. She's a little rough in personal relationships, though very polished in her social outings.

The first scene between them at the anniversary - everything about Zaid screams something. The way he looks up and laughs as she says she would have murdered if he hadn't come. It's a laugh that says ' As if...' he knows she didn't miss him - she remembered him as soon as she saw him - she likes him- but that's it. So even if Mubashira passionately said' I would have murdered you if you didn't come', he knows better by now.

When she says 'especially you can't ignore me'- she's talking about the history of their friendship and how he has been there for her. When her father suggested she marry Zaid, she was so shocked. She had never seen him like that and even felt he would never have romantic feelings for her to agree to marry her.

I think probably from the promos also we get a feeling about Zaid's feelings for her, plus Ayra- Zaid is such an impossible love story, one wonders what pushed him to go for a girl who thinks walks and talks only about her self respect and her needs all the time.
