I think it's little bit of both. He knows her nature and her vulnerable situation as well. She is dominating but she also has this divorce vulnerability. So may be he is surprised with this side of her and at the same time trying to figure her out.

Tell me something, do they play that romantic title track lines on Ayra and Zaid as well? Or is it just Zaid & MJ.

Zaid & MJ's that eye lock when she says anything for you was 1000x better than Zaid & Ayra's hug. Didn't feel a thing...

It was very cruel and mean. It was obviously Ayra's idea bcz it looks like she is trying to show that she has the upper hand. But even if it was her idea, Zaid should have some shame. He should have just avoided it. He is using MJ's situation to let her convince Asif on everything and then also has the shame to say he doesn't consider that marriage. Take some ownership atleast. It was difficult to see Jaffer's situation. Aaah!! Kashmala was 100% right.

Ayra was always a whiny character. I didn't think she'd ask for a separate house so soon. Poor Zaid having to put up with her in that house all alone is the easiest way for him to realise she's the biggest mistake of his life. 🤭

With or without MJ factor - these two never had a future together. Even if Asif had given his blessings and got them married in the first place, Ayra's quarrelsome nature and horrible mein would have finally ended the relationship once Zaid realised he was hoping for too much. He has been far too giving in their relationship and now he's making everyone in his and MJ's family also give to keep Ayra madam happy. 😂

Precap is interesting, reception will backfire for both Zaid and his Ayra madam, everyone will side with Mubashira/praise her patience

I just want to see this annoying Zaid to suffer and gets rebuke from society.

Glad Jafar was point blank telling the truth to Zaid...he still managed to look like he didn't really believe MJ was that affected like the dad says.

Loved both the fathers today. Mubashira said toZaid obe- 'straightforward as always'. That line fits so well for Jafar today.

Asif telling Kashmala not to take stress and that everyone's an adult was so sweet. No wonder Kash is the favourite child ..Zaid can sit and sulk all he wants.😄

Zaid was very unlikeable in today’s episode. Selfishness can sometimes manifest as pettiness and that’s exactly what we saw with Zaid n Ayra today. Can anyone justify Z’s actions today?? Mub is staying in this relationship to dodge society’s judgmental gaze, but he’s precisely hurting her where it cuts the deepest. Is this deliberate? Does he even know what he’s doing 🤷🏻‍♀️is just he blindly giving into Ayra’s demands to make this relationship work? Is Ayra playing him? Daniel sucks at doing romance, how I wish it were somebody else playing Ayra. I know cringe is being used loosely these days but that’s exactly how I felt in all their touchy-feely scenes!!

They have played the track for Zaid- Ayra in the beginning. Not anymore.

Three scenes between the leads was really good.

Zaid asking 'all good' and MJ lighting up ...which he didn't register actually. He was there for business.

Anything for you: I loved how stumped Zaid looked there....😄and the song plays...not sure if there was a taunt in MJ's attitude there, but Zaid went into another world, for sure...and MJ went to vent.

Third was him watching her reactions on the card...it's like he's not able to understand her and he actually seemed angry she was acting so cool about it. Probably that's why he didn't feel so much when Jafar talked about her being hurt.

Zaid thinks she's adjusting so that he does not divorce her. He does not feel guilty because he does not understand there might be feelings. He was willing to put her through divorce and a threat ...he had shown his displeasure throughout...just that he looks confused regarding her feelings...he has feelings for her, but he's not allowing it to surface. In his mind he has to be loyal to Ayra plus he has no clue if MJ has feelings or is just playing the part of a wife. I think for sometime he will refuse to believe she has any feelings for him ...if she did, would she not kick up a fuss is what he must be thinking.

I still can’t side with Asif for favouring Kashmala. He has done some terrible things to Zaid and messed with his personal life. I’m glad Zaid said that he mattered too. We need more of his point of view. It’s hard to empathize without knowing exactly what he is thinking. Sometimes you can even empathize with bad behaviour if you hear their perspective. I’m hoping they get more into that later.
