Harshad and Nakuul are 100 times better than Vivian Dsena I guess. His popularity is still an enigma to me... Nakuul is actually a decent actor but not great enough to get ITV awards 3 times in a row...Harshad Chopra 3 times!!! no comments. Idk...Vivian actually has back to back hit shows. He had a hit show on Star one based on Twilight series and had decent online hype, theh he had Madhubala and Shakti on Colors, both hits. I agree he is way too unexpressive but he is popular.

Yeah tv actors actually audition for parts they play. And most are theatre trained , not just models who got roles for being stunning or star kids who chose the profession because it is easy to land a job for them there. They actually rattofy so many dialogues daily and shoot. Also tv directors aren't that great to bring out the best from their actors. Most tv actors do real well in limited series/film medium if they get chances, like Sushant Ayushman and now Barun in ott space.
