If I had any doubts about Tripti arriving in BW, Alia + Deepika fans collective reaction towards her chemistry with Ranbir has cleared all of them...They arent worried about debut of the decade - Suhana Khan but busy shading Tripti...a true blue outsider to get noticed after eons.

Kajol/Rani never did many item songs...never saw Madhuri in a bikini..decade later, Kareena/PC was sporting it and audience didnt have any qualms..they did love making scenes too.. Even SRK liplocked in JTHJ breaking all norms..something unimaginable in 90s!! even now Deepika scenes with Hrithik in Fighter same level as Ranbir-Tripti...whats the big difference? that there is beach instead of bed? ,..Times have changed...people evolved..there are far more gore and nudity shown in spanish/french movies freely streamed in netflix..without any censoring...If people can accept that, whats so scandolous about this Tripti-RK scene?

I wonder how relevant will be SLB after his latest ? Look at Rohit Shetty after Circus and Kjo after RARPK

Dimple Kapadia was fully naked in several of her comeback films and top tier directors still casted her. SLB is already behind on his films so I do not think he will make ones that he has not already signed people for, but otherwise he is collaborating with people in Heeramandi who have done nude scenes.

This is purely sexist and disgusting of any actress fan to be thinking. "Hot" and "sexy" actresses can also do mainstream films - otherwise rip Madhuri Dixit's career from 1980.....there is no distinction besides a role being a role.

I have said ,it depends on what films you chose to do.Dimple wore a bikini in her debut film.Had she done a nude scene in a 2 minute B grade film as the mistress of the hero.She would have been judged.Zeenat did topless scenes in Satyam Shivam Sundaram.No problem with revealing scenes. These actresses chose to play those roles. Tripti was there only to tittilate. There is always a fine line. One has to be very very careful.

I did watch Bulbul and liked her but the big screen experience is something else man. Tripti looked so stunning man! She has strong screen presence and her chemistry with RK was fire!!!

There is no such thing as a "fine line" - idiots on social media will post morphs anyways. Unfortunately the situation for female celebs in India is dire.

How can Ranbir get away with being naked (let alone an abusive horrific manchild being his role) and then playing a God? Same way Tripti can do any role.

SLB will always be relevant imo, NRIs love him. The wet sari songs of the 90s are far raunchier than any bikini.

Also I think people are threatened because Tripti is the same age as relevant stars we have now.

Smaller people debuting is not a big deal because there's no major hype or male lead in that age demographic - like Suhana just started....there's not even an iconic jodi. SarTik is closest and they too are older.
