Looking forward to Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam with Vicky. Romcom is the way forward - acting toh achha kar hi le gi. But to hit the big leagues, she is going to need a few chartbuster songs and mainstream pleasing movies.

She shouldn't deny flower pot roles with big banners and stars either.

Look at Disha Patani. Her popularity skyrocketed after Dhoni movie despite having a small, second fiddle role. Ofcourse after that she screwed up her career with non sense movies with getting obsessed with fitness. But she could have been the next big thing if she has played it right

Noo!! Aashiqui 3's script is UTTER crap. In that it is nonexistent. There's a reason why no actor has ever been big after doing those movies. Leave Aashiqui to the nonactors, and get Tripti an actual good role.

Shraddha and ARK have literally survived in Bollywood based on their Aashiqui 2 laurels for more than a decade

Acchi script se koi mainstream mein HIT nahi hota. You need people pleasing movies to gain movie going fans - youth, families, etc who can connect with not just the character but the star. 'Good acting and good script' waale online fans are useless when it comes to scoring at the Boxoffice.

I dont get the hype over her, she hardly did anything in Animal, it was mainly sex scenes and that one scene where she confesses to rks character, and the acting from her was average

Aashiqui 2 actually had a script though and GOOD MUSIC. Composers are burnt out now and the script is not even done right for the 3rd movie....

Tripti will get roles only if she strips..That is how BW works.

Animal is dirty film. No media house wants to talk about the film.BO numbers are put up very day. Forget SSR,Atlee,Neil,SLB,Lord Sid.. Ayan too was celebrated after Brahmastra released.

No one will be untouched by the film.They have to own responsibility.Some people are seeking redemption by showing Tripti as some lotus emerging from the Keechad.Not happening.

What? That's not true. Tripti's Dharma film is already filming and it's a beautiful script. She just needed that one breakout role (which Animal gave her) because the industry is not as welcoming to new faces, especially "older" ones.
