Going by Swastik's Karna prem, I dont think they will make Kabir responsible for VH, not at least if that VH is actually molestation. He is Karna not Duhshashan..
See if not biologically related, he could be someone associated with Bhumi Prem in past, like Prem was to marry his sister, but Prem fell in love with Bhumi so married her, which made her lose senses, or like someone who liked Bhumi, but she loved Prem...
