That start up was a justification ki he has this career plan in life and that whole getting cheque and giving it back was to highlight how much Neil can sacrifice for Yuvika. His unconditional and selfless love. Writers can't afford to show Neil working elsewhere because Yuvika needs Neil's GUIDANCE to run the business empire because none else gonna guide her

Neil's experience and business knowledge is required there and you know what it's good that NeiVika are working together in Mahajan Empire.

Woh empire serf Mahajans ka nehi hai.

VIDUR gave his whole life to that empire and in return he gets such Vella treatment from Mahajans Neil should get into the roots of Mahajans Business so that in future they BOTH comes back stronger for the main War

Kabir is coming so Neil will be in action.

Business Rivals honge so hopefully Business hi karenge NeiVika against Kabir

I am happy that they have incorporated Neil in this office track, Kaise bhi kare, I wanted this so yeah I am happy about it as long as NeiVika are working together in office

Vanshaj aur vanshaj ke weird plot convienance. Vaise bhi ye Inka tarika hai neivika ko saath rakhne ka, varna kab tak neil pipe se chadke yuvika se Milne aayega. Pehle investigation ke bahaane ghumte the saath...ab kaam karenge saath.

Don't worry , Ruhi will ask Bhumi to do that once she realizes that Neivika are a thing cause Bhumi will never find it out on her own
