I think it’s smart for the industry to be silent when it comes to Khushi and Agastya. Look at Suhana’s approach, it made things worse for her
she must’ve gotten the idea from her insecure daddy.

This movie is probably lame but Khalid M is weird himself
But that’s besides the point, isn’t it?
It could be. But Khalid Mohammad has spent 40 years writing reviews and he just calls all the movies awful
I completed the movie and I have to say Suhana was really good in Ronnie Betty's fight scene and in the scene when Ronnie confronts her dad..I can't understand how someone who was so good in these 2 scenes couldn't do well in rest of the movie..may be she couldn't understand Veronica's 'spoilt and flirtatious but big heart' character in this stage of her career yet...but those 2 scenes she really got right, her eyes are so expressive.
Raina is a star,so goodlooking too,he stood out in the dance sequences too.But even the 2 other guys were so good with their characters, may be they would have got more attention if they were hot like vedang
I liked the movie, the songs and their friendship and their attempt to save green park.If i restrict my thoughts only to the world of the movie i was moved. But if i think beyond i have questions. I never understand why making money has to be derided so much, can't or shouldn't a balance be struck? Can't you imbibe love for reading in children while also taking money for your reading aloud session? Is it really that small businesses care about their customers' emotions more? Why should a business be expected to care unconditionally about anyone anyway, its a business(though ofc social responsibility to benefit lower classes should be undertaken by corporates and humans and big industries and big people have harmed the environment for their benefit...but where do we start n where do we end this fight for environment?doesn't it happen that when you fight for the environment the poorer people are the ones not getting the fruit of development while nothing lacks in the life of upper middle class and richer people?
This is a common trope in media that i don't understand entirely..i don't know how much I agree or disagree politically with the movie,in context of environment vs development debate.
Vedang was suited for Reggie. And Khushi made sense as Betty. Don’t see them interchangeable as Archie’s Veronica
I really wanted to see this coz it’s Zoya’s movie, but I’ve just seen some of the clips and the acting by the newcomers is 😳
I dunno if that’s just what Their ability is or that was the direction given to them, they seem so lukewarm.

Yes. Except that the other two didn’t suit their respective roles at all and hence people trying to suggest the alternatives I guess.
Just watch it without expectations. There’s a lot to like too… like the set design, costumes, styling. The va va voom song was fun. I did not try to make much sense of the project and it was a nice timepass watchOriginally posted by: StarkGirl93
