Also, I also can’t engage in a discussion in which someone can’t be honest and state the obvious. Thankfully BlueIce was more honest in her reviews.

My views on the film, as you can see, are VERY MUCH aligned with other people are saying. It’s not like I watched Black or Barfi and gave such feedback. It’s warranted in this case. My feedback is legit. Unlike others I do give credit where it’s due ( find my Gangu and Raazi reviews) and equally so, if someone’s bad on screen. I’m definitely going to point it out and I don’t care whose DNA matches who. I hope you realize it’s THIS kind of behaviour that makes people hate certain stars. You’re not helping anybody.

You really seem to like being judgemental and liking to write in a hurtful way about people who didn't anything hurtful to you personally. I suppose you have a lot of frustrations to vent...I don't.

Ok I have a genuine question.Did Kareena get such raving reviews for her portrayal of Poo during the release of K3G?I always thought she must have gotten criticised for her OTTNESS as Poo and it’s only after JWM and Geet that people started appreciating Poo also.

So did she get such love for Poo when the movie released too or is it with time that people started loving Poo more?

Being a bit more serious...I suppose, it's a problem of upbringing...I wonder how many children get an own agenda...from very small on...

I have a lot of respect for the Archie kids and also the supportive parents...

Andrew has respectful and supporting parents... Betty, too (I like both their father's thinking). Reggie's father has no faith in his son...initially...has no respect for himself, either...Reggie is the one character that blossoms the most through the friendships.

Jughead is the one I like the most...and he is the most mature one...emotionally.

There is so much said/shown in the movie (I bet it either got overheard or not taken serious) that I found beyond the (often cheesy) run-of-the-mill things of movies where youngsters play the main characters. I felt that Zoya had a lot of respect and fondness for her 7 protagonists.

Yet this movie is so much ridiculed...and in my mind because people can't separate the performing of the characters from the people who perform them (especially the star-kids)...they are not able to look e.g. at Kushi, Agastya and Suhana only as aspiring actor/actresses without thinking at Bachchan, SRK and Sridevi...

It could not be that I'm the only one who looks at Kushi, Agastya and, Suhana the same way I look at Mihir, Vedang, Yuvrash and Dot. To me they exist as characters in a story shown in a film and my simple question is: "Do I understand these characters through the acting?"...And I do, each of them.

So in addition to every other very well done work (cinematography, settings, music...etc) I like the uncomplicated (but still meaningfull) story and the rendition.

The greatest takeaway from Archies is that Alia is a legit legend and Anniepie is not too bad..looking at the quality of this new set of nepo kids...

I have to confess...I loved Poo growing up. But keep in mind I was only 4 when the movie came out and thankfully my tastes have changed over the years.

I'm not sure about critics and grown audiences but I think the young generation who grew up with her all thought she was an icon.

She was funny with her OTT and she was entertaining as Poo.

Veronica Lodge is a very entertaining character in all her moods and shades. I think Poo was modelled on Veronica's character if I'm not wrong.
