I think we can accept multiple things at one time.

Sahiba is dumb, Angad is dumber, forget jasoosi which is not his primary profession, he literally can't distinguish glass from diamond , that is how bad he is. In fact looks like other than Yash no person in show can be called smart.

But ultimately being dumb is not a crime, the character Angad has way way way bigger issues.

The fact that he lectured this coach about no maafi for such acts, he tells Rumi and Garry about harassment of women being unforgivable meanwhile when he does it he organizes hall drama and unrepentantly blames the victim, doesn't have decency to ask maafi either.

Agreed. Dumb, stupid toh phir bhi jhel lenge but crassness, abuse, hypocrisy, arrogance, entitled prick behavior is a bit much to take on top of stupidity.
