i'd like to see EAM Jaishankar get more vocal on this. He should point out the west's hypocrisy in not extraditing Coleman and others, while expecting India to "cooperate". I don't see anyone claiming that Hindus are saints or that India is Shangri-La. Everyone knows that India is a developing country. On the contrary, your claims (that India is a lawless land and extrajudicial killings are a norm) are falsehoods. Sure, some generalizations (criminal politicians, biased media, misinformation / fabricated news etc.) maybe germane here but they also apply to all the countries of this world and not just India. For instance, there are a lot of white collar criminal politicians in US too (including the executive branch apparently!), there are a lot of news media organizations that are completely in the tank for either Democrats or Republicans in US too and fabricated narratives / misinformation is rampant in developed countries too.

All said and done, India is the world's largest democracy and would rank as a top 30 best country to live in by any metric. That is indisputable.

Now, what exactly is bothering you? You don't want India to go after extremists/separatists/terrorists wherever they are, is that it? Who said India is only doing this and not doing anything about crime and criminals in India? Even with the population that India has, it's crime rates are actually lower than that of the likes of UK and US!!
