I have seen the show. There was nothing like that.

The widow here is devrani of bulbul n she was also negative. Bulbul's husband beaten her n mentally ill devar raped her when she was totally wounded. She killed her devar n here she meant that her devrani was lucky as she is widow as bulbul wanted to become widow too but her husband has already left the place. In last bulbul's spirit kills her husband too.

Ummm I have absolutely seen the show and comment on her widowhood was absolutely a "gotcha b*tch" moment. Fact remains that patriarchy which gave binodini abusive powers over bulbbul also gave bulbbul the same power over binodini once she was widowed. The movie or its protagonist never acknowledges that. Just because someone was shitty to you as an individual, you cannot bring up their socially marginalised status to retaliate. That is neither women empowerment nor progressive. Bulbbul was a victim, that doesn't justify her burning down the entire village. Showing the entire village aflame means all the beings in it burning too lol. Punishing a collective for a crimes of few is a horrifying stance.

Also, the movie went all in the trauma po*n as if child marriage isn't traumatic enough to trigger divine anger. The scenes were designed to trigger the audience aesthetically.

Zamindari class (be it men or women) should not be glorified in any case. Bulbbul revels in being the thakurain

Ask yourself, why did they choose a rich, socially privileged woman to represent the goddess' anger/justice/karmic retribution?

Would the movie have been told in the same way if it were about some peasant or Dalit woman's anger/revenge/justice?

No.

Edit : Adding the scene where Bulbbul is likened to the goddess and the entire village is burning.

They do not show it as an act of a vengeful, wronged woman or as an accident. They show it as divine retribution

Will audience accept it with same admiration like they had for male animal. Can audience accept a female killing thousands n insulting her husband n sleeping with someone outside n getting pregnant n her husband coming back to her.

If the director and scriptwriter is a talented as Quentin Tarantino (Jackie Brown) or Luc Besson (Nikita), at least the premise of violent and cheating could be fulfilled and accepted.

The rest, no...and, in addition, it would make as much sense as it makes with a man doing it...none at all.
