hehe......disturbing.....
.
Different people have different opinion. In real life remarriages are comman and legal particularly when ex has died or divorced , at the end of the day people mind their own work and avoid passing their own views regarding such remarriages.
The primary reason why people watch serials , movies etc is to see something that usually doesn't happen in real life. The ideal spouse will invariably remain that of a person who is loyal throughout the marriage and doesn't remarry when the spouse dies. Deviations from ideal will be there in form of cheaters, polygamy, remarriages afterall there are all kinds of people in this world , but society will always appreciate the standard ideal condition and we simply can't be asked to lower are standards. Remarriage after spouse's death or divorce is legal so anyone is free to go about it , but no need to force this practice as the 'norm' and asking public approval.
The idea with which kaira was packaged and sold to audience was that of 'soul lovers'. So when kartik remarried , it obviously produced distaste among audience as it violated the primary concept with which kaira was shoved down their throat.
