T series definitely bumped up the corporate bookings.

The testosterone definitely opened big but if you see on Saturday much occupancy is only 60% .

It has not done well in south. Opened because of Vanga in Telangana and AP but is not sustainable.

The A certified will definitely dent as compared to Pathan and Jawan

ye that’s my theory too. I said this even prior to the movie release that they will do something and I have seen that in the south industry numbers are hyped more then in the north/bolly industry. Plus no one got time to check things and secondly articles on this movie saying how high the ticket prices are esp since it’s a ADULT\R ated movie. So it’s not geared towards families. So to make it up they have to hike prices. In the states the major chains have a deal that you bring 4 people you get a discounted rate. I even posted that on another topic. I have not seen this deal with the other Bollywood movies I have personally seen on the theaters then again I did not check srk jawans ticket pricing as I did not see the movie and Gardar 2 I saw on streaming so I don’t know whether there were deals or not in the theaters. NOTE:I’m talking in North America USA 🇺🇸

Here is the example. This is one of the largest chains they also part of cinemark and Edwards. And I’m talking on where they giving a discount if u book 4 tickets ( SEARCH any REGAL IN USA ) as this deal. The other major chain is AMC that play Indian movies. (I will see whether they had any deals ) The rest are desi owned. I know most inside out as I did research on Tiger 3 and helped the theater in promoting.
