I don't get how we got to a point to berate feminism. Feminism is the reason why you and I arehere, talking to each other like this. Women have fought hard for years to get basic rights for themselves.

"We are effed up" wasn't for feminism, if you misunderstood it. It was for the society I live in.

When Manipur incident took place, I got WhatsApp forwards justifying it saying it is happening for our nation. When I see people around me justifying something like that, I have no hopes from our society.

I am against the delusional and toxic feminism.......and I have a full right to be against a nutjob that will accuse me of supporting women being victimized because I am happy for my favorite......The old days of feminism and the real feminists who deserve the utmost respect and far and few now......trust me if he had these toxic and delusional feminists back then....we would still be struggling for our basic rights.

The Manipur incident did not happen because of a movie.....did it? It was horrifying and needed to be condemned .......there is absolutely no justification for rape and molestation of a woman......and these toxic feminists are giving a way out to these rapist mindsets......oh I can now go molest and rape a woman and blame it on a movie....isn't it how that Australian stalker got away stock free......by blaming BW movies...

Like if an adult mind cannot comprehend that stalking/molesting/raping is wrong ....then they belong in a mental asylum or jail....no .....absolutely no excuses should be given....

Feminism doesn't have various forms. It only stands for equality, you can use some other term for the phenomenon, you believe isn't true to the idea of feminism.
