Thinking is simple: Things happen in the world for a reason. It can be evil, but it happens. And seriously kids are exposed to more violence in social media compared to what is shown in Animal.

My question was simple.....should we not have rules because people will break them anyways??

No. Rules get broken every day in the world, it is stupid to think everyone will follow the rule. Either have strict punishment or be aware that their are millions who break rules, and be alert.

About the movie: Excellent.
Ranbir was brilliant, Bobby was fantastic, music was addictive and fight scenes: legendary.
Venga is a brilliant director, people can hate him for being absolutely not giving a fck about social responsibility, but as a director he is absolutely brilliant. 3 hours plus screenplay and you don't loose focus or feel the narration ks boring. It is not a child's play, for making marathon movies so gripping.
It's children going to an R-rated film. It has happened since time immemorial.
