The link doesn't connect me to the tweet, Diya...
Reading in the other thread, it seems that all the posted reviews come from male viewers... I really wonder how many of the women who will watch this movie will feel as much elated... it also bothers me when I read kind of pot shots using the term "feminists".
But as I can understand the hype and the good feeling about positive reviews, I write this here (it's not fair to disturb the happiness there, that's why I'm grateful for this thread here
)
So if there is sequel Animal Park then RK character is alive or hmm his son, one of the two.
Btw just wished his character name was something else.
Public reviews- They seem to like this movie
To be honest, I don't have much faith in most of the public reviews... (for any movie)...and strangely they show more women (young women!, with good make-up) in the pics than men...(just saying...)
Until now the only 'official' review I read (posted by Grumpy in the other thread).
Some things I would like to comment on:
https://thesouthfirst.com/entertainment/animal-hindi-movie-review/
"Not all animals are violent. But some wild animals are, and it is because of their basic survival instincts and their natural phenomenon."
So, in the movie, would that be the latter? I assume, there is so much frustration in the son that violence is the only method to vent it (does it also count for the director?)...because would "unconditional" love to a father generate the described behaviour???
"This one is made with utmost love for those who enjoy bloodshed and extreme violence where killing is not a big deal. And then comes the justification that the madness is to protect the loved one. Here, it is the father."
The overkill with all sort of 'weapons' to protect o n e person...or to finally gain his love in the veine of 'look, what I'm doing for you!' as "The father-son duo, especially the latter seeking approval of his worthiness, is pure madness in the right quotient."
"If showing violence effectively is art, then Sandeep Reddy Vanga is a fine artist, and Ranbir Kapoor’s character is the best piece of art!"
That seems a quite sarcastic remark... and I don't know in which way the violence shown is - eventually - effective...
.i couldn’t make out who the guy was in the last scene who goes on the killing spree ? He sounded like Ranbir Singh ( doppelgänger maybe ) but didn’t look like him ? Can someone pl explain that part to me ?

PVR will have such crowd.
Surprisingly part for me was no women talked about violence or treatment of women in the movie. So either the final cut of review video has cut it out or ladies in the review just love violence / RK.
I think, those 'public reviews' are mostly made to promote the movie...hence edited or staged...although there are genuine ones, too, I believe... (generally, I don't watch them)
Edit: strange, your tag (@ Autumnn) doesn't appear, neither... is it a fault in my account?
Which is a better movie ? which one did you like more ..vote!
